“The aim is to design the Porsche Design Tower as a building that combines the qualities of a flat building with those of a high rise: large gardens and high-quality privacy on the one hand, and a panoramic view and individual appearance with a head in the cloud, on the other.”

The stacked tower with its rounded edges rises from the large plinth building. The steel panels that are placed as sun protection in front of the slanted mullion and transom façade give the building a horizontal structure. Inside, an atrium extends across all floors, introducing daylight into the central access zone. All apartment layouts have a radial design.
